Submissions: The Journal of Wildlife Rehabilitation publishes articles by international authors who write about all aspects of wildlife rehabilitation. Examples of common topics include research, wildlife veterinary medicine, emerging diseases, nutrition, capture techniques, handling, housing, administration, fundraising, volunteer management, center building, caging construction and design, etc. The Journal also publishes case studies, success stories, rehabilitation notes, useful techniques and other shorter features.
Guidelines for authors: All submissions to the Journal of Wildlife Rehabilitation are evaluated by the IWRC Publications Committee. Accepted articles are subject to a peer review process. The Journal editors make every effort to assist new authors. The Journal of Wildlife Rehabilitation is an English language publication; authors whose first language is not English may receive assistance.

original articles published in the JWR, but upon request, will grant
permission to reprint articles with credit given to the IWRC–JWR.

exclusively for publication in the JWR. Electronic submissions are
