This little female painted turtle is in excellent health. Because she was surrendered after being a 'pet' she does have some minor shell deformities from old stuck scutes. Her shell is more bumpy than the typical smooth painted shell, but she has improved significantly with proper UVB and housing and has no issues with shell rot, stuck scutes, or other shell maladies. Her shell is about 5 inches long.
We call her Rosa, however she doesn't respond to it, so I don't think she'll mind if you rename her.
