Wildlife Rehabilitation Manager

Wildlife Rescue Inc of New Mexico is located on the grounds of the beautiful Rio Grande Nature Center in Albuquerque. WRINM has been rehabilitating wildlife in New Mexico since 1981. We rehabilitate a variety of species indigenous to New Mexico and saw over 2700 intakes in 2025. We are a growing wildlife clinic with big aspirations. A Rehabilitation Manager will help us achieve those goals.

Annual Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 depending on directly related experience

Employee Status: Full-time, exempt

3 Holiday Pay: New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and three floating holidays (may be taken on alternate dates in lieu of Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day)

Paid Leave: 10 days paid personal time off, subject to blackout days during peak times Health Insurance: Paid stipend for insurance coverage.
