This SY Brown Pelican was found trapped between jetty rocks after a storm, extremely weak and hypothermic. The bird has some slight carpus extension issues on one wing prohibiting the bird from flying. The bird has adapted well to living with conspecifics and other shorebirds and is fairly comfortable around humans.
