Golden Eagle Aquila chrysaetos
static display animal

Topeka Zoo & Conservation Center is seeking a flighted or semi flighted Golden Eagle to exhibit at the zoo.
Bird must be somewhat able to fly as the space is tall. I'm happy to send photos of the space upon request.

We have historically held golden eagles since the 70s and were the first zoo on record to breed golden eagles in human care which is why this species is so important for us to continue teaching people about.

We do already have an eagle exhibition permit.

If you think you have a bird that would be properly suited to zoo life and our space, I'd love to talk to you.
