Reason for entering rehabilitation.:

This opossum came to us as a juvenile at the beginning of July. He was found circling in a parking lot. Due to his head trauma, he is blind and has a calm demeanor. We carried him around in a pouch when he was younger to get him accustomed to noises and being around people. He is a very chill little guy who could make a great ambassador.

He moves around his enclosure fine and eats well.

He is very curious and walks around his enclosure when we go in to clean and feed.

Same reaction as a frequent caregiver as long as the person wakes him up gently before grabbing him. Startling away is scary for anyone.
