Admitted following vehicular collision resulting in the traumatic removal of 10 primaries. Seven of those ten primaries have not grown in despite completing an otherwise full molt. Our veterinarian believes she has permanent follicular damage. She otherwise has good balance and confidence.

A beautiful non-flighted female Bald Eagle is seeking an educational program or display placement. She DNA tested as female. Estimated 2022 hatch. She was admitted into rehabilitation following vehicular collision resulting in the traumatic removal of 10 primaries. Seven of those ten primaries have not grown in despite completing an otherwise full molt. Our veterinarian believes she has permanent follicular damage. She otherwise has good balance and confidence.

She is cosmetically perfect and will calmly approach a handler for food from a glove, and will self scale on a baited platform scale. She is expected to do well as either a display or program bird. She has co-housed well with conspecifics previously but is housed singly at present.
