Course Goals:

  • Introduce the US governmental and non-governmental agencies involved
  • Introduce Incident Command System (ICS)
  • Discuss health and safety issues
  • Discuss species involved and handling procedures
  • Discuss stabilization and care information
  • Help you decide if working with oiled wildlife is for you
